La da da da: The Features, tonight!
[The Features: “Thursday” from Lake Fever Sessions]
Thursday (Lake Fever Sessions version) – The Features
THIS is precisely why I am looking forward to seeing The Features tonight at the Bluebird. Their set at Monolith was one of the absolute best of the entire weekend – just electrifying. They’re in town to open for The Whigs.
Also, check their new Gigbot Downlow’d interview, conducted by my friend Robert B. Rutherford from Everything Absent or Distorted.
WOW, what an amazing video!!! Thanks for another great post Heather, you are a musical goddess!!

The two young ladies side-by-side in the front row (white tank-top and brown hoodie) are my cousins and they both RAVE about this band. They play Nashville a lot and Janet (brown) writes about them constantly on her blog at http://outtheother.typepad.com
Amazing video. Have fun.

For heartfelt rock and roll that gets you in the sweet spot every time, it doesn’t get any better than The Features. Case in point, they’ve been playing this song for a good part of their 15 years, and you’d think by this performance it’s their first time. I love, love, love this band. Great vid!

That is a great version of that song. Any chance there is an audio only clip floating around?
