A thought during the Italy vs. Ghana game

Pimpong could be the best last name ever. Maybe even better than Pujols. Wait, no, if you go to the ESPN site on Pujols, it actually says “Pronounced: POO-holes.” DANGIT why is that so funny.

  • I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who laughs like a 5-year-old every time I hear the name “Pujols.” None of my friends seem to appreciate the brilliance of how funny that is.

  • It is brilliance. People don’t realize.

  • Trust me, you’re not alone in the Poo Holes gag.

Hmm not the clearest sentence I ever wrote.

  • I have to admit to not watching ANY of the World Cup, bu I understand there is a player named “Caca.”

  • See, you guys ROCK. I was gonna post about Kaka after watching the Brazil game today, but I didn’t want to get pigeonholed as someone with 11-year-old humor.

  • One of the funnier names of the world cup is Angola’s LOCO. It is only funnier once you see his hair style.

"I love the relationship that anyone has with music: because there's something in us that is beyond the reach of words, something that eludes and defies our best attempts to spit it out. It's the best part of us, probably, the richest and strangest part..."

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel."

Mp3s are for sampling purposes, kinda like when they give you the cheese cube at Costco, knowing that you'll often go home with having bought the whole 7 lb. spiced Brie log. They are left up for a limited time. If you LIKE the music, go and support these artists, buy their schwag, go to their concerts, purchase their CDs/records and tell all your friends. Rock on.
