Scotland’s Admiral Fallow first charmed me two years ago with this singalong cover (which I still listen to on a very regular basis), and they have a wonderful new record out called Tree Bursts In Snow (Nettwerk Records).

All things Scottish… I like this a lot. It rises above a lot of other the Edward Sharpe / Of Monsters and Men / Mumford and Sons genre.

They played Vancouver late last year and they were so great live. Small venue with about 30-40 people.
