Thoughts during the USA vs. Italy throwdown

As my friend Massi (from San Sepolcro, Italy) texted me during the match, “Vinca il migliore!” – May the best team win.

That’d be a heck of a lot easier to do if the ref wasn’t so busy reaching into his breast pocket that he couldn’t actually *see* what was happening in the game.

Frickin a, Jorge!

PS – When did Brian Littrell start playing for the US team?

  • Winning would have been a lot easier if the US-Team wouldnt have been so busy committing dumb and unnecessary fouls. The referee was right with every card – the slow-motions did show that clearly. And by the way: Every player knew about the guiding-lines the referees have to follow during the world-cup. Too dumb. Too sad for the US – it was never that easy to beat Italy.

"I love the relationship that anyone has with music: because there's something in us that is beyond the reach of words, something that eludes and defies our best attempts to spit it out. It's the best part of us, probably, the richest and strangest part..."

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel."

Mp3s are for sampling purposes, kinda like when they give you the cheese cube at Costco, knowing that you'll often go home with having bought the whole 7 lb. spiced Brie log. They are left up for a limited time. If you LIKE the music, go and support these artists, buy their schwag, go to their concerts, purchase their CDs/records and tell all your friends. Rock on.
