Just when I thought it was safe to tuck Ryan Adams away as a brilliant-yet-oafish artist who wasn’t worth the trouble to follow any longer, you go and post this song. Dang. Yeah, it’s that good – good enough to dig out everything back to Heartbreaker (Whiskeytown never left the ‘favored’ side of the list…) and give it a spin today.
