yes - as they've written: "While we would love to have that complete community be present all the time, the logistics of getting all of us in the same place at the same time are fairly mind boggling, so: We will usually appear as a 4 or 5 piece (listed as Core Band on the tour page), but whenever possible we will have 7 or 8 people (Expanded Band). All configurations will kick ass."

Saw WPA at Infinity Hall CT - chose this venue over NYC to support a great small local venue. Excellent show but slightly disappointed that band was a few members short of the 'supergroup'. Is this normal?

There's also the Flying Saucer next door to the Frist Art Museum at Union Station Hotel. GREAT beers on tap.

To reiterate, Grimey's is a must. Music Mecca.

Look at all these places I haven't yet been to! We will go to any and all that you want. Pick the ones you want and I'll take you there - they're all 5 minutes from my house.

HATCH SHOW PRINT for awesome posters!

If you can get outta town breakfast at The Loveless Cafe is fantastic and well worth going to. Best biscuits of all time.

The RCA studio tour (via the Country Music Hall of Fam) is pretty good too, if you like standing in the rooms where some amazing stuff was recorded.

If you can see a show at the Ryman while you're there, do it; the tours are nice too.

As I consider Nashville to be such a great spot I gotta give you a solicited opinion. To add to Julio's list, which nails it, check out Hatch Show Prints (excellent show prints...reproductions available). It's on Broadway....you can comfortably walk to it, The Ryman (go see a show there...any show...just cuz it's the Ryman), and Gruhn in the same jaunt. And while you're strolling drop into Robert's (also on Broadway) for a Pabst Blue Ribbon (go at nighttime...great rock-a-billy live house band) and check out the Country Music Hall of Fame (killer building, ridiculous history, and who knows who you might bump into). Add Jack White's Third Man Records to your list (not a life altering experience, but hey it's still Jack White). Eat dinner at Margot's in East Nashville. Expand your music collection at Grimey's New and Preloved Music (check their website for upcoming in-store performances). Enjoy!
