I actually think that the Sonic Youth record Rather Ripped is the most underrated record of the year. I think it's absolutely fantastic and the best thing I've listened to this year (haven't heard the whole M. Ward one yet). <BR/><BR/>No offense at all - but I wonder if a hot, up and coming indie band had put out Rather Ripped, it would be in more people's top 5 rather than just the top 20. Which made me laugh and reflect on how little things change over time.<BR/>He does 'Magic Trick' as a brilliant closer suggesting his own imminent disappearance to the audience.Top choice,Heather!
