…and my Dad rocks too

My dad is the best dad in the world. Just look at how happy I was on his shoulders at Disneyland. And the magic is – he’s never stopped being as great of a man as he was in that picture to my five-year-old eyes; although he did shave that beard (when I was 16) and that was an improvement in many ways. But other than that, he rocks on as a fount of perpetual wisdom, a wonderful sense of humor, and a grab-and-shake-me hug whenever I need it.

I love you, Daddy! Happy Father’s Day.

  • Are you kiddin’? How could anyone NOT love such an adorable little dabble of a girl? And, even if she was misbehavin’, once she rolled those sparklin’ eyes at ya, it was all over but the gigglin’…:)

And even now, she is still as eclectic, curious, energetic, loving and fun to be around as she was then… I guess GOD was smilin’ down on us when He decided to add her to us! With an amazing big sister and delightful little brother, she’s been the best middle kid any family could ask for.

    Thanks God!

    Love ya skedoo,

    Dad

  • This is an adorable picture, I enjoy your site very much, and the fun pictures you include of yourself (past and present!).

Your knowledge of music is impressive and helps music “newbies” like me!

"I love the relationship that anyone has with music: because there's something in us that is beyond the reach of words, something that eludes and defies our best attempts to spit it out. It's the best part of us, probably, the richest and strangest part..."

"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel."
—Hunter S. Thompson

Mp3s are for sampling purposes, kinda like when they give you the cheese cube at Costco, knowing that you'll often go home with having bought the whole 7 lb. spiced Brie log. They are left up for a limited time. If you LIKE the music, go and support these artists, buy their schwag, go to their concerts, purchase their CDs/records and tell all your friends. Rock on.
